If your kid has a passion for chocolate-covered frozen bananas, he'll love our healthy approach to this glorious double treat. Easier to make than banana bread, these can be enjoyed either hot or cold, for breakfast or dessert. Your kid might not be able to stop!

 

 

Ingredients:

Pat of butter
One banana, thinly sliced
Handful of chocolate chips
Two flour tortillas
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

How to make:

1. Melt butter in non-stick pan.
2. Arrange banana slices over one tortilla and mash them in very lightly with a fork.
3. Dot with chocolate chips and place second tortilla on top.
4. Slide into frying pan and cook for a few minutes on each side, until brown and golden at the edges.
5. Remove from pan and let it cool for a minute or two, then slice into wedges and serve dusted with powdered sugar, if desired.
