A quick and easy breakfast!

Ingredients

4 servings
4 slices of bread
2 tablespoon melted butter

4 eggs

Method
Place one pat of butter in frying pan over medium/low heat. Allow butter to melt.
Cut holes out of the centres of bread using a glass or a cookie cutter. Place two slices of bread in pan and allow to lightly brown on one side, about 2 minutes. Flip bread and crack eggs into centre holes. Allow eggs to cook through, about 6 minutes. Remove and add second pat of butter. Repeat with last two slices of bread. Serve with side of fresh fruit.
